3.     PROCESS

A)   Surface Preparation

Before printing, Oil and Fat, Oxidation and other foreign matters remains on P.C.B.

must be removed completely. Because, these contamination shall deteriorate such properties like as adhesion after cured. After treated in chemical cleaner, abundant water cleaning is necessary, Because of surface activator compounded in the cleaner may remain on P.C.B. and it shall also be one cause to deteriorate adhesion.

B)   Environmental Working Condition

-          No direct Sun-shines

-         Yellow lamps

C)   Viscosity Adjustment

Upon requested, Viscosity is adjustable at a proper level in range of 150 Ps.

Basically, no necessary to dilute;

If necessary, REDUCED is available;

Max, volume of REDUCED added is limited below 2% by weight in total;

Note, for dilution, any Solvent is not applicable.

D)   Screen Printing

a. Screen Material:

 Polyester monofilament fabricated in bias at 250-300 Mesh-count/inch .

b. Emulsion Coating:

 A dry thickness coated at 0.010-0.015mm.

c. Sqeegee Rubber:

 An Urethane Rubber, Hardness at 70¢J.

E)    Screen Wash-up and cleaning

Either of such solvents like as

 -Acetic Ethyl Ether (Ethyl Acetate)

 -Acetic Buthyl Ether (Buthyl Acetate)

 -Buthyl Cellosolve¡K.mostly recommendable

 -Cellosolve Acetate

 -Methyl Cellosolve

Any of Aromatic and/or Chloride solvent is not applicable.
