SSR-652G is two-part epoxy type solder resist ink, which offers excellent properties for solder coating and gold plating.

(1)   Two-part system resist ink.

(2)   Exceptional printability providing fine line definition with no bleeding.

(3)   Excellent resistance against hot air leveling and gold plating.

DILUTION

It is recommended to use SSR-652G without dilution. If a lower viscosity is required,dilution with solvent is possible, but should not exceed 2 wt%.

 

SHELF LIFE AND POT LIFE

Before mixing with hardener, the shelf life is approximately six month at 25¢J. Pot life of mixture is approximately 8 hours.

All materials used for the SSR-652G is registered in the Existing Chemical Material Registration. (Japan¡¦s government regulation)

 

MEASURES FOR WORKING ENVIRONMENT

     Provide a ventilation system to a workshop. When it is needed to handle the products for a long time, wear a protective mask and gloves.

 

DISORDER

In case of skin contact, immediately wash with water and soap.

In case of ingestion, induce vomiting with emetic and consult with a doctor immediately.
