PROCESS
A)
Surface Preparation
Chemical treatment, or combined with
Mechanical treatment;
Depend on the Surface Activator compounded in Chemical Solution, it may cause a
degradation of adhesion property, after cured;
Water-rising and then Drying are essential.
B) Environmental Working Condition
-Air
conditioning.
-No direct sun-shines.
-Yellow lamps.
C) Screen Printing
a. Screen
Material:
Either of such material made from Tetron, Nylon or Stainless
steel fabricated at 200-300 Mesh -count/inch.
b. Emulsion
coating:
A dry thickness
coated at 0.005-0.012mm.
c. Sqeegee
Rubber:
An Urethane Rubber,
Hardness at 70-80·C.
d. Print
at a wet thickness as small as possible.
